verzamelingen gedigitaliseerde primaire bronnen die online worden aangeboden (zowel teksten als beeldmateriaal). In de meeste gevallen zijn deze afkomstig van

Eighteenth Century Collections Online
(ECCO)
ECCO is a collection of 200.000 volumes, including books, pamphlets, essays, broadsides and more, based on the English Short Title Catalogue. It contains works published in the UK during the 18th century plus thousands from elsewhere. In this collection you can find the complete works of Alexander Pope, Thomas Paine, Jonathan Swift en many other known and less known 18th century authors. The collection also contains reprints (e.g all 500 editions of Daniel Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe).

Contains the full text of more than 19,000 poems by 177 Canadian poets, offering a comprehensive survey of Canadian poetry from the eighteenth century to the early twentieth.

Early American Fiction 1789-1850
Facsimile page images and keyword-searchable full text for more than four hundred works of American prose fiction published before 1850.

Early American Fiction 1789-1850
Offers the full text of 875 first editions of American novels and short stories by such authors as Louisa May Alcott, Herman Melville, Harriet Beecher Stowe and Mark Twain, as well as a host of minor writers of the period.

Early English Prose Fiction
A collection of more than 200 English prose works from the period 1500 - 1700.

English Drama
A collection of more than 3,900 plays in verse and prose tracing the development of drama in English from the medieval mystery cycles to the comedies of Oscar Wilde.
Library of Latin Texts (LLT-A and LLT-B)
Library of Latin Texts - Series A en B: contains texts from the beginning of Latin literature through to the texts of the Second Vatican Council. It covers all the works from the classical period, the most important patristic works, a very extensive corpus of Medieval Latin literature as well as works of recentior latinitas. The texts have been taken from the Corpus Christianorum series and from many other leading editions.
Women Writers Online
Women Writers Online is a full-text collection of early women’s writing in English, published by the Women Writers Project at Northeastern University. It includes full transcriptions of texts published between 1526 and 1850, focusing on materials that are rare or inaccessible.
Oxford Art Online
Oxford Art Online offers access to the most authoritative, inclusive, and easily searchable online art resources available today. Through a single gateway users can access an expanding range of Oxford's acclaimed art reference works: Grove® Art Online, the Benezit®Dictionary of Artists, the Encyclopedia of Aesthetics, The Oxford Companion to Western Art, and The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Art Terms, as well as many specially commissioned articles and bibliographies available exclusively online.
